We Love Music. And that’s the reason Recover established the Recover Artist Development (RAD) program in 2016. RAD was created to showcase and support up-and-coming artists and simultaneously promote sustainability through music.

Here’s how it works: Recover partners with a wide range of talented independent artists and provides them with our environmentally-friendly and socially-responsible merchandise to sell on the road. The program is set up to directly contribute to funding the recordings and touring efforts of independent artists through apparel sales proceeds and RAD shows. The artists provide the design, Recover provides the apparel, and everyone discovers great music while the word about sustainability spreads.

As part of it all, we host the RAD Acoustic series, an intimate concert series at Recover’s flagship store in Charlotte where RAD artists play shows and engage with fans. Of course, in true Recover style, we always partner with local craft beer partners for every show.

Upcoming RAD Shows at Recover:

Parker Gispert - Thursday October 24, 2019.  Doors at 7, Show at 8.

Twain - Wednesday October 30, 2019.  Doors at 7, Show at 8.

It’s not easy to make a living as a musician, and yet whether we’re driving to the mountains or enjoying a night out with friends, the work of musicians feeds us all. We’re working to keep the music playing, and to give musicians the opportunity to promote sustainability along the way.

This is RAD and this is why we do it.
