Return and Exchange Policy for Online Retail Orders:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase from recoverbrands.com, you can return your order to Recover for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in the condition in which you received them, including tags, to be eligible for return/exchange. If you have purchased a Recover product from one of our distributors, please contact them directly for their return policy.
Email support@recoverbrands.com with the order number (found within the order confirmation email) for an RMA/instructions to exchange or return an item. Exchanges are free. Returns will be refunded (minus $5 shipping).
If the order is not shipped back within 30 days of receiving an RMA/instructions from the Recover Support Team, the RMA will be closed and the order will no longer be eligible for a return/exchange.
Print-on-Demand Return and Exchange Policy for Online Retail Orders:
To further reduce our environmental impact, some of our printed items (including partner merchandise) proudly utilize our “Print-on-Demand” capabilities.
This holistic approach allows us to avoid excess or unused inventory from going to waste. These items are custom-made after the order is placed (compared to a stocked item that we can restock) and are therefore exempt from our standard return/exchange policy. Please check the product description to determine if this exemption is applicable to the item that you are purchasing.

Wholesale Orders:
For questions regarding Wholesale Orders, please contact your Sales Representative directly.
Add this to your cart to participate in our Closed Loop Program. We will send you a 15.5" x 20.5" compostable bag and return label that you can use to send back any old t-shirts. From there, we will recycle the garments back into our supply chain! We'll send you a $10 store credit as thanks!
What Can You Send:
- We can recycle cotton, polyester or cotton/polyester blended tees.
- Please do not send back any items that have buttons, zippers, elastic, or other closures
- You can fit 5-10 items in the bag, depending on the size of the items. Please avoid overstuffing so the package is not damaged in transport.
How to Send Your Mailer:
- Simply drop it off at your closest UPS drop-off location and we'll responsibly take care of the rest!
