Return Policy for Online Retail Orders:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase from recoverbrands.com, you can return your order to Recover for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that in the case of a return, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund ($10). Products must be in the condition in which you received them. If you have purchased a Recover product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.
We provide FREE exchanges. Please email email@example.com and we will send you a shipping label for your exchange.
**Your order number can be found at the top of your email confirmation receipt, as well as the printed email receipt in your shipment.**
For exchanges, please include your printed receipt and write the product you would like to exchange on your receipt. Once the product you are exchanging is returned to our warehouse, we will ship you the new product that you are exchanging.
Please note refunds may take several days to process depending on your bank. We appreciate your patience.
