Returns & Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy for Online Retail Orders:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase from recoverbrands.com, you can return your order to Recover for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that in the case of a return, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund ($5). Products must be in the condition in which you received them. If you have purchased a Recover product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

We provide FREE exchanges. Please email support@recoverbrands.com and we will send you a shipping label for your exchange.

**Your order number can be found at the top of your email confirmation receipt, as well as the printed email receipt in your shipment.**

For exchanges, please include your printed receipt and notify the customer support representative of the products you would like to exchange for. Once the product you are exchanging is returned to our warehouse, we will ship you the new product that you are exchanging.

Please note refunds may take several days to process depending on your bank. We appreciate your patience.
