Return and Exchange Policy for Online Retail Orders:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase from recoverbrands.com, you can return your order to Recover for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Products must be in the condition in which you received them, including tags to be eligible for return/exchange. If you have purchased a Recover product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.
Email support@recoverbrands.com with the order number (found within the order confirmation email) for steps to exchange or return an item. Exchanges are free. Returns will be refunded (minus $5 shipping).
Print-on-Demand Return and Exchange Policy for Online Retail Orders:
To further reduce our environmental impact, some of our printed items (including partner merchandise) proudly features our “Print-on-Demand” capabilities. This holistic approach allows us to avoid excess or unused inventory from going to waste. These items are custom made after the order is placed (vs a stocked item that we can restock) and are therefore exempt from our standard return/exchange policy. Please check the product description to determine if this exemption is applicable to the item that you are purchasing.
