Return and Exchange Policy for Online Retail Orders:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase from, you can return your order to Recover for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Products must be in the condition in which you received them, including tags to be eligible for return/exchange. If you have purchased a Recover product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Email with the order number (found within the order confirmation email) for steps to exchange or return an item. Exchanges are free. Returns will be refunded (minus $5 shipping).

Print-on-Demand Return and Exchange Policy for Online Retail Orders: 

To further reduce our environmental impact, some of our printed items (including partner merchandise) proudly features our “Print-on-Demand” capabilities. This holistic approach allows us to avoid excess or unused inventory from going to waste. These items are custom made after the order is placed (vs a stocked item that we can restock) and are therefore exempt from our standard return/exchange policy. Please check the product description to determine if this exemption is applicable to the item that you are purchasing.
