If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from, you can return your order to Recover for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.  Products must be in the condition in which you received them.

If you have purchased a Recover product from one of our dealers, please contact them directly for their return policy.

  • You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

  • Please reference your order number from your Recover purchase.
  • Clearly reference your RA number that you acquired from our customer service team.
  • Clearly identify whether you are returning or exchanging the product.  If exchanging, clearly identify the product that you would like to exchange it for, and give us a full shipping address.  We require a physical shipping address for exchanges.
  • We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
  • Refunds can take up to 4 weeks after we receive your product depending on your bank. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  • Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
