In November of last year, the world gathered in Paris for COP 21. Negotiations led to The Paris Agreement, the first ever universal climate accord. It was a big step, but there is still work to be done. For its standards to become legally binding across the world, the agreement has to be ratified by 55 countries accounting for at least 55% of global emissions. International leaders began signing the Paris Agreement today, on Earth Day, April 22nd, 2016, at the United Nations headquarters in New York. Countries have until April 21st, 2017 to ratify it. If the required global participation is achieved, the Paris Agreement will be brought into action beginning in the year 2020.

In celebration of this historic step forward, we are partnering with the Island School and one of their former students to offer the 2020 Vision Tee. We will only produce a limited run of 2,020 pieces and 20.20% of sales will go back to The Island School in Eleuthera, Bahamas in an effort to promote sustainability and environmental research.
