Our Eco T-Shirt has long been a staple of our product offerings, consistently ranking as one of our best-selling and most-loved products. The Eco Tee’s long-time popularity is a testament to our commitment to sustainability, quality, and comfort, making it a favorite for both new and old Recover customers.

To give our customers more ways to customize and wear their favorite eco-friendly tees, we're excited to announce the expansion of our Eco T-Shirt Collection from 10 to 21 colors. With the addition of 11 brand new heathered colors, we're doubling our color options!

Like the rest of our eco tees, these new color options feature the same tried-and-true fit, are made from 50% recycled cotton and 50% recycled polyester, and are vertically manufactured within a 10-mile radius in El Salvador.

With more colors now available across our 3 different categories of Eco T-Shirts: Natural, Solid, and Heather, we’ve outlined the different processes used to achieve these varied colors to give some additional context.

Natural

First, we have our “Natural” eco colors. These fabric colors are achieved without the use of dyes, and all color comes from the recycled cotton content that is pre-sorted by color.

These fabrics are uniquely blended, featuring a melange that’s created by spinning together various colors of recycled cotton fiber. Due to the use of only recycled materials and no new dyes, slight shade variations from lot to lot can occur with our Natural eco colors.

Our Natural eco colors include Ash, Cobalt, Ruby, Blue Rainbow, Charcoal, Fern, and Rainbow.

Solid

The second category of our eco colors is our “Solid” colors. These fabrics are dyed using a lower-impact dyeing process to achieve a uniform solid color.

Our El Salvador supply chain partner, Intradeco, employs a water treatment system that combines osmosis, reverse osmosis, and sand filtration to produce potable water. Thanks to this system, the facility consistently recycles around 60% of the water used during manufacturing and dyeing, dramatically reducing both water consumption and wastewater discharge.

Our Solid eco colors include White, Navy, and Black.

Heather

The last, and newest category, of our eco colors is “Heather,” which uses a lower-impact dyeing process on the white yarns to achieve their heathered look.

Our new Heather eco colors include:

  • Black Heather

  • Oxford Heather

  • Navy Heather

  • Electric Royal Heather

  • Collegiate Blue Heather

  • Dark Green Heather

  • Burnt Orange Heather

  • Red Heather

  • Brick Red Heather

  • Maroon Heather

  • Purple Heather

With these heathered colors, we’re excited to offer new product options to both our longtime customers and new customers, giving more opportunity to bring their ideas to life without compromising on quality or environmental values. As we continue to innovate with new products, we reinforce our goal to be a sustainable canvas for branding, retail, or custom apparel projects, crafted with the planet in mind.
